Treasury withdrawal

A governance action requesting ADA from the Cardano treasury to fund a project or organisation.

Treasury withdrawals are by a wide margin the most common governance action type, and the ones with the most ADA at stake. Each specifies a reward address and an amount, and requires both DRep approval and Constitutional Committee sign-off.
