Parameter change
A governance action that adjusts a Cardano protocol parameter such as fees, deposits or thresholds.
Protocol parameters control how Cardano itself behaves — transaction fees, minimum pool cost, block size, script execution limits and the governance thresholds themselves. Changing one requires a parameter change action.
