Constitutional Committee
The body that judges whether a governance action complies with the Cardano Constitution.
The Committee rules on constitutionality, not merit. A governance action that passes its vote can still fail to be enacted if the Committee judges it outside the Constitution. The Committee’s own membership is set and changed through governance actions.
