Bech32
The address encoding Cardano uses — the reason DRep IDs look like drep1… strings.
DRep identifiers are bech32-encoded and typically 58 characters long, prefixed drep1. CIP-129 defines a form that encodes the credential type in the identifier itself, which is the form used in URLs on this site.
