Objectives
Blend traditional and decentralised finance into something people can use every day - and lift Cardano governance literacy across Oceania, a region still under-represented on-chain. I spent twelve years inside one of Australia's largest banks; I now build independently. That move taught me the thing I bring to every vote: in an age where information is cheap and good judgement is scarce, governance lives or dies on judgement. I read every proposal and vote each governance and treasury action on its merits - common sense, fiscal discipline, and the long-term health of the ecosystem over short-term noise
Motivation
Cardano changed the trajectory of my life, so I show up for it - voting, explaining, and connecting people across my networks. My edge is the seam between worlds: a decade fluent in the establishment (banking, legal operations, regulated tech), now building at the frontier of decentralised systems. I can translate governance for both sides. I'm not here to rubber-stamp. I treat treasury like my own runway - courage paired with a plan, never recklessness - and I'll ask the awkward questions and cast the unpopular vote when the merits call for it. The way I weigh every decision comes down to four words I build everything by: Curiosity, Caring, Constructive, Chill. You can find out more about the 4C framework at https://selfdriven.you/
