Objectives

As Meria, we want to bring a professional, infrastructure-driven perspective to governance decisions. Our goal is to vote consistently, transparently, and in the long-term interest of the network: sustainable treasury management, sound protocol upgrades, and decisions that strengthen Cardano's decentralization, security, and adoption.

Motivation

Meria has operated blockchain infrastructure since more than 10 years, running validator nodes across major networks. This gives us hands on experience with protocol upgrades, network incidents, and governance processes on multiple chains we want to put at the service of Cardano's community. As a regulated French company serving thousands of delegators, we also represent the voice of long-term stakeholders who expect responsible, transparent governance. Becoming a DRep is a natural extension of our commitment to the networks we help secure.

Qualifications

Professional validator operator on 30+ blockchains networks, including Cardano stake pool operations Team of blockchain infrastructure and DevOps engineers with deep expertise in protocol upgrades, node operations, and network security Certified as French CASP crypto-asset service provider, operating under a regulated framework Active participation in governance and testnet programs across multiple ecosystems
